NM State fair discount days $

This year, the Fair is once again condensed to 12 open days, running consecutively: September 10-21.

General Hours

General Hours of Operation are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday thru Thursday; 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday
The 2014 State Fair will open at 10 a.m. every day!


Adults (age 12-64): $10

Seniors (age 65 and up): $7

Children (age 6-11) $7

Little Ones (age 0-5) FREE

All schedules—livestock shows, contests, exhibits, entertainment, Rodeo, Tingley concerts, Parade, etc.—are soon to be posted at August and September as they become available. Please check back often, as updates are made daily.

Q: Is there special pricing for the public on the theme days?

A: Only on Law Enforcement, Firefighters and Military & Veterans Day
Thursday, September 11th - Law Enforcement Day  - uniformed Law Enforcement officers admitted FREE (officers ONLY!)
Wednesday, September 17th – Military & Veterans Celebration Day -  uniformed & active military with ID and veterans with ID admitted FREE
Friday, September 19th – Firefighters Day, Smokey  Bear Day - uniformed Firefighters admitted FREE (firefighters ONLY!)
General Parking
General Parking will once again be FREE throughout the run of the Fair. Some “Preferred” paid parking will also be available at Gate 1 off of Central Avenue. Prices vary between $5 and $10 depending on location.
Gate 9 (Louisiana just north of Central) is permanently CLOSED to Fair traffic. Fairgoers wishing to park on the grounds may use Gate 8 (Louisiana just south of Lomas) and Gate 1 off Central Avenue.
