this Blog is about our vacation and traveling to Six Flags over Texas

Got some tips and tricks to save a little bit of money on the way. Be prepared at the park EVERYTHING is expensive. we started the saving ahead of time. you can go to the six flags site, there is a tab for Lodging. There is a little tab to the right that says in the loop or join the in crowd. you can reserve room and purchase tickets in advance right there. http://www.arlington.org/incrowd/   fill out the info, I do think it suggests that you have a child under 18 maybe? and you will save more booking a room for 3 instead of 4. extra person charge was coming up $10 a night. we opted for a mid level motel the Knights Inn on Watson. Make sure after you look at amenities of location look at real customer reviews. we started with bugetel cheapest one in town. well the reviews sounded more like is should have been named roach motel.
so we booked Knights Inn and our tickets to the park, I found the best room rates here and the best ticket prices for six flags here. six flags full price 56.99, with $20 discount 36.99. we got the tickets in the pkg deal for 33.87 better then other prices online. and when we went to check in with our voucher at the will call booth I thought we could only do one or the other and only one days worth. Well, the lady at the ticket booth said we could go to hurricane harbor the next day. 2 attractions for that price. MEGA savings. here is a link that should take you to the Knights inn. knights inn plus they had a shuttle to run us around and drop us off in front of the place. cheaper than parking for $15.

Sonic Wacky Pack Wednesdays half price kids meals. I'm pretty sure the time frame is 5-8pm. They also have happy hour drink specials from 2-4 daily. these deals and times may vary since I'm pretty sure that they are independently owned and franchised. I will probably go verify that this evening. must have my Cherry limeade. they also have a kids birthday club.

and a fan club for adults for discounts.
